As you know, investors on Agora can connect with you to request access to your documents. By authorizing these requests, you will see their contact information so you can follow up with them as you normally would after receiving an introduction.

Documents can include pitch books, fact sheets, DDQ, research notes or other materials that you would commonly share with prospects. Sharing materials is one of the key features of the platform so make sure to update documents regularly.

To upload, from the Document Tab click on Upload Document. You will be prompted to select your file.

Once uploaded, you can rename files, choose a category, assign a date, and select the desired privilege level for each document. When approving connection requests, you will match the privilege level of prospects to that of the documents you wish to make available to them.

You may consider grouping documents under different privilege levels where Low Privilege could be used for presentations and fact sheets and Medium Privilege for DDQ and risk reports.
